Critical Fault with the power on/off switch within 2 months of purchase
The media could not be loaded. I have received delivery of this product on June 10 this year. The sound quality of the microphone is excellent as mentioned in many reviews however, there is a critical issue I am facing with the product. The product is just about 2 months old and, there is already a problem with both the microphones' power on/off switch. When it is switched on and in use, it is making "cracking" sound and at the same time the led screen is flickering as if some connection problem is taking place with this switch. I have tried using fresh batteries but the problem persists. This is happening with both the microphones and as I have already mentioned that the product is just under 2 months old. I am sharing a video showing the problem. As a regular customer, I would request Amazon to ask the seller to provide me with a sollution to this problem or a replacement of the faulty product at the earliest.Date: Oct 22, 2020.This is a second review submission for this product purchased from Amazon in June this year. One of the handheld microphone has become completely unusable due to it's on/off malfunction as mentioned in my first review. The other is just about to become dead as well. So far no response from the seller or Amazon with regard to this. No support from Ahuja directly, since they refused to r e cognise the seller as their autorrised seller. Sound quality is still excellent but so short life span!! I feel that a faulty or used/renewed product was sold to me. As a regular buyer as well as a Prime member, I request Amazon CS team to step in and provide me with replacement/support from the seller.

good product but take care while giving batteries
best purchase, mics are working as expected. speaker echo issues doesnt exist in these mics. packaging was good. but only problem was that they gave leaked batteries. please take care of such batteries it can spoil the product. either give good batteries, if good batteries are hitting your profit margin then do not give.
