This health supplement did absolutely nothing for me in terms of endurance, performance, weight management, cardiovascular health, anti-aging, cognitive function and neuroprotection. With each passing year health supplement companies remind me more and more of Pharmaceutical Drugs Companies Industry, they cure nothing (treat only symptoms) ignor the real cause of a health issue. So many supplement companies make too many unsubstantiated claims about their health supplements not supported by real science. Based on 50 years of knowledge in nutrition, I know that some nutrients work in a matter of seconds, some in a matter of minutes, others in a matter of hours, still some in a matter of days and still other nutrition work in a matter of weeks and some in a matter of year (s). But this product, well, I got zero indications of any health support of any kind. Normally a person can feel the difference especially if your in excellent health to begin with and if you follow a healthy proper diet, get plenty of profound sleep (good quality sleep) and you exercise daily like I do. I have been buying health supplements and taking them since 1959, that's right. I used to follow along on black and white TV right along with Jack Lalanne (The first Exercise Guru on TV.)

not sure if I can even give a clear remark, I havent taken it long enough. I am going to say I feel calmer. I wasnt looking for this nice effect if it is from this stuff, I was looking for weight lose, energy and better sleeping. I will keep everyone posted on this, I know my body really well so I should see a change if there will be one!

Meh. Nothing noticeable after 30 days, no change in energy, weight, mood, sleep, athletic performance, sexual performance, nada. As a scientist with degree in vet med and microbiology I know we are supposedly working at the cellular level and may not notice any physical changes in the surface. Still , I have read the medpub studies....and think we are being sold snake oil.

Over priced for what it is even when buying in bulk

Like many people who taks supplements, I take more than one so hard to attribute any effect to one pill or another.But it seems I have more energy and alertness with this stuff.Expensive.

So far so good - this is turning into a commodity item and shopping for best value with know brand and this serves the purpose and seems to work.

I've been through two bottles so I guess I have been taking this for about two months - I feel absolutely no better nor any worse.
