Easy to cut to the right size. Thick and cushy.
These saved my daughter's brand new shoes!! The foam on the inside of her shoes wore down to holes after just a few uses, so I bought these pads to put inside her shoes to cover them! They work great. Easy to cut and fit inside!

Hasn’t changed my child’s foot posture at all
Got these to help my kiddo stop walking on the insides of her feet. They are comfy, but haven’t helped with what I needdd them to.

Perfect for kids
I dont know why shoe companies aging putting arch support in children shoes anymore, but these are the best alternatives. I removed my sons shoe's original soles and put these in. They give me a peace of mind that my son's feet aren't going to get messed up and he isn't complaining about his feet hurting him.

Great for my daughter
My 12 year old daughter's feet were hurting a lot even if she wore her Nike's, so I bought these inserts, and she has said it has made a huge difference. We've been out for a long walk since and she hasn't even mentioned her feet hurting. She has a high arch and these seem to be really helping.

Not enough arch support
Ordered these to help my daughter’s pronation due to her flat feet. Didn’t feel that there was enough arch in them so ended up returning them.

Fits shoes great
Got great in my daughters shoe after cutting it to the correct size. Only complaint is it frays a bit if you move them between different pairs of shoes frequently. If you are using them for one specific shoe they will work great!
