I dont think they're 20-30 mmhg but they work
First off let me just say that I work for vascular surgeon and we deal with venous insufficiency everyday and sell prescription grade compression stockings I have worn those before and I can definitely tell a huge difference there's no way these are 20-30 mmhg compression that being said I wanted more of a cotton field versus the typical compression stocking so they work for that purpose granted I am a little bit petite and even though I ordered the smallest size they're still just a little bit big, I have ordered other stockings on Amazon before and the toes are always very thin and end up hurting in my dance goes by the end of the day the toe part of the sock on these however is pretty good quality and it's just a mild compression enough for my legs not to ache at the end of my day so I have to say they're pretty decent quality and it's a nice change as opposed to typical compression socks even though they're not exactly therapeutic they do help and they feel comfortable which is the most important thing so I would recommend these they're very affordable and they get the job done

Great quality and comfort.
I love these! I wanted to wait a few days after receiving these so I had a chance to wear them. I wear a women’s 9/10 shoe and ordered the S/M, they fit great. These are thick, high quality compression socks. They are very comfortable and provide a good amount of support without being too tight. I would definitely recommend them.

The top band is wide and doesn’t cut into your leg.
I ordered the L/XL, usually I hate compression socks because they cut off circulation at the top of the socks by the the narrow band of death, and by the end of my 12 hour shift it looks like there was a tourniquet on that part of my leg, but not these. The band at the top of the socks is thick and isn’t crazy tight in order to keep the sock up. My legs and feet feel good after 12 hours on them with these.

So far so good.
I got these socks because I have orthostatic hypotension. (I get lightheaded when I stand up.) I’m a petite lady, 104 lbs 5’4”, calf measurements are 11 inches, shoe size 8 1/2. I got the socks today, a small/Med pair, and they fit nicely. They are graduating in pressure and aren’t too tight below the knee like my last socks were. They go on easy, at least for me, then again my calves are smaller. The construction of the socks seems good for the price, but I could see the fabric may get snags. They are a tiny bit long. I had to fold down the one inch band at the top otherwise the socks start to cover my knee. Over all, I like the feel of these socks. I hope they help my orthostatic hypotension. A good deal on price for 4 pairs, I think.

Comfortable, affordable, and an excellent sock!
I am not a runner but chose these compression socks due to my Raynaud's (circulatory problem) and these socks are wonderful. These are the best compression socks that I've found so far!Even with arthritic hands, I am able to put the socks on with ease as well as remove them with ease. More color options would be great.Pros:-Easy on/off-The toe area is loose and allows for movement (the compression starts at the ball of the foot, just underneath the toes)-The arch support is a nice touch (it works great with high arches)-The socks are very comfortable (I wore them on a road trip and my legs felt invigorated when we reached our destination!)-Air circulation is excellent-The socks conform nicely to your foot-They fit as expected-Arrived on-time-Price is affordableCons:-None

Great socks !
These are really nice... I have to wear compression socks but some of the pricing is outlandish. These were reasonable priced and have extra support that wraps around the foot which I really really need. I have worn them every day since they have arrived and my pain level is now almost at zero ! yeah me !! I stand on my feet ALL DAY LONG working and these socks are great. I did purchase the 20-25mmhg which are medium tight and I found them perfect and they were not too tight.

I love these compression socks!
I recently I had the opportunity to test out two different brands of compression socks through Amazon Vine. Prior to that I had never used compression socks before. It was a revelation for me. I was delighted at how well compression socks work to prevent foot and leg pain.I had previously, for many years, used calf braces and high quality, well padded athletic socks to prevent shin splints, charley horse, and foot pain from standing and walking 10 to 12 hours per day. I was getting decent results with the expensive athletic socks and the calf braces, but I was thrilled to discover that compression socks are one-stop shopping to achieve all of that just as well, and in some ways even better. It is a bit of a struggle to get compression socks on, but once they are on, they impart a subtle, pleasant, tingling feeling as if I'm receiving a gentle massage of my feet and legs.High quality athletic socks cost between $14-$15 per pair, and high quality calf braces cost around $15-20 per pair. In comparison, even if compression socks are purchased as a single pair, costing between $15-$20, they are a bargain compared to the cost of a pair of fancy athletic socks and a pair of calf braces, for a joint cost of between $30-35.Being retired and on a fixed income, however, it was further excellent news for me to discover that I could save even more by purchasing this particular product, which consists of four pairs of good quality compression socks for about the same cost that a single pair of compression socks typically sells for. Even better, I have not experienced a noticeable difference in quality between these four pairs of bargain compression socks and the other two types of compression socks I tried, which are the expensive kind which cost as much for a single pair as this set of four pairs.I hand wash these socks even though, technically they could be put in the washer on cold-water, delicate cycle. They should never be put in the dryer. Because they are very thick, after washing and rinsing them, I blot some of the excess water out of them in a old towel. (I bought the black socks, and as all black hand-washables seem to do, they will leak some dye, at least initially, when you wash them.) Then I hang them up to dry. It takes them about 24 hours to fully dry. I had already been doing that with my calf braces and sports bras, so this is nothing new for me. Hand washing insures that these compression socks will last for years. Which is another cost savings. Finally, I love these socks so much, I am going to order another set of them immediately.
