my PT recommended this item. I think it’s really well-made and thought out. So far, I’m happy with this product. I think it’s worth the price as well. I really wish I didn’t need it, but I’m happy there’s a product out here to help release PF tightness.

Currently phasing out of my pelvic physical therapy and this product was recommended by my Physical Therapist. This product is to help soothe and relax the vaginal muscles, which in turn, helps your pelvis work better in many ways. I coordinate a few days out of the week and take my time while slowly switching from one side to the other.

I had colon surgery and prolapse. There is a muscle you can’t get to and you use this with coconut oil to press on the muscle to relax it. Amazing product

Really, really difficult for a man to use. Really difficult.In fact I bought the "basic" and then the vibrating unit hoping it would be less challanging -it is not.I really don't use either anymore.Pleasent people, awkward, irrelevant product.

You must use this with a water based lubricant. Not the balm it is shown in the combination option on Amazon. The wand itself is of good quality and easy to use for pelvic therapy as was directed by my pelvic rehab Physical Therapist.

I bought this on recommendation of a pelvic floor therapist. I used it once. It is awkward. I will keep it just in case I need it in the future. It is soft, though, in case you were wondering.
