Great service
Items arrived ahead of schedule and set up was easy. I had an issue after a few months with the hard drive. Contacted the provider and they responded immediately and resolved very quickly by sending out a replacement hard drive which was simple to replace and I was assured that this would not affect my warranty.Great service and great item.

All claims made by Anran so far have turned out well.
Before thinking about this type of CCTV system, you have to do a bit of planning. Each camera has to have a power supply, therefore the siting has to be close to a power socket, as the lead which comes with each power block is not all that long (I ordered four 3 metre extension leads which work well, with have not affected the picture quality). My house is made of concrete with internal metal re-enforcing bars, therefore i was worried about the wifi signal being affected, but with one camera outside with two walls between, and one camera 30metres away and two walls between it and the wifi unit, the signal is very clear for all cameras, both day and night. The power units come with two different type of adaptors for continental and UK type sockets, which is useful. So far i have not had any interference with my existing wifi setup, again something i was concerned with, but having read the manual, i found that using the 'adaptive option' i can allocated a fixed channel, well away from my own systems setting, if this became a problem. If you require this system to be linked to your mobile or tablet etc. to provide alarm warnings, the base unit has to be hard wired to your router, so again think about where you will site the base unit (the internet cable supplied is also very short).Overall i am very pleased with this system, the picture quality is far better than my original hard wired cameras, and i could do away with all the cabling. The 1Tb hard disc has lasted well, with only half the disc capacity being used after 22 days, with all four cameras working, and motion detect switched off (handy if you have cats or dogs). If you buy one of these system make sure you have a spare monitor screen (if you are not buying their unit with a built in screen). Connect everything up according to manual. Before you mount any cameras, connect them up and place them close to the base unit to ensure they 'pair up' with the unit (it may take a few seconds - so wait) and them take them close to where you think they will eventually be located. If you still get a signal/picture all is well. If you don't get a picture try moving the camera slightly, even 30cm can make a difference.I have given this system a 5 star rating overall, if any improvements can be made it is with the addition/option of longer power cables, and slightly more explanations in the manual, as some of the terms used are not self explanatory.
