good quality
I bought this to scare off the Pigeons on the garden. It worked really well but as with all the other things we've tried they get used to it after a while. The rattle itself is well made and my Grandchildren love to use it, good noise. (except if you have a headache!)

not very loud
I got this for a concert piece, but was disappointed at how tricky it was to get it to turn, and it was not loud. Had one of the old style in mind, but think they have had to turn the noise down. Well made and safe for children.
