Great Basic Mop
I was upset when my original H20 mop was broken. I tried to replace it with newer model steam mops, but nothing could replace my original until this one. If you liked the d school plain model of steam moo you will like this mop.

Caution against this...
Only has 1 steam setting (lots of steam), so not only does the pad get soaked with in seconds, it runs out of steam really quickly. Not as good as the original, wish they would have kept the knob that determined amount of steam.

I only used the item twice. Less than a month before it just started leaking every where. I contacted the seller twice now with no response.

Think twice!
I bought a Thane steamer in 2009. It cost almost $150.00 with shipping. Stopped working after a few months. Still in my garage. I need to toss it.

Good product
This steam mop does good. It leaves a lot of water which is only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 but it does what I wanted.
