The fact that this cuckoo does not appear on the hour as the description says. The description of the item is very misleading--I thought that according to the description that this was a real cuckoo clock and that the cuckoo appears every hour as the article suggests. It would have been nicr if the tunes it plays was listed as Christmas melodies only, for I really thought this was a clock that I could use uear round, instead I can only use it at Christmas, bummer. Otherwise, I would have given this clock a 5 star rating but like I said the description was very misleading and it is a Christmas Clock and no cuckoo appears every hour--the cuckoo is just "stationary" above the clock.
