Oh my word what a fabulous bit of kit. It is pricey it is annoying that batteries are not included but Wow is all I can say. I have 2 kitties, one likes to graze and the other likes to devour everything in sight so it was hard trying to ensure both were being fed appropriately. One of the kitties is slightly on the heavy side so this allows me to not only ensure that each feeding station is specific to each kitty but that I can monitor how much is fed, their feeding patterns and their overall consumption to eventually work out the appropriate amounts to feed them.It’s easy to set up. I was a bit nervous about it but the app makes it easy and having the Hub really helps.My heavy boy took to it immediately, I didn’t have it in training mode. And I removed all other sources of food to ensure the cats were comfortable. The second kitty is a skittish thing and so it took a lot of cajoling and getting him comfortable with it. A tiny trail of dreamies seemed to help there and within 2 days he was fine. I think it’s just the initial noise of the lid opening that made him super cautious. It’s not even been a week and both are, fed and happy - well the kitty that eats everything isn’t that happy as it’s not a free for all anymore!I was cautious in spending the money to get this and the negative reviews did make me think twice but the way I saw it was, you wouldn’t be looking for a product like this if something wasn’t bothering you.. this is for me the only one that ticked all the boxes for what I needed. So opted to just go for it and formulate my own opinion!I love it.

I really like Sure Petcare products (also great customer service!). I couldn't be without my feeders. I have three cats and each one is on a different diet. This allows me to feed them and know that they are only eating their own food. It tells me when they've eaten through the app. The food stays fresher in the feeder because it is covered when not being used. Would highly recommend.

I purchased two of these feeder connect bowls on May31st. It was listed as amazon prime shipping which is usually next day service. Not the case with this product which took 4 days to arrive. Upon opening the package I discovered that Amazon have shipped the incorrect goods to me. I complain immediately via email to amazon. They then tell me that they chose to use a third party seller and not themselves for this sale which wasn't made clear at the point of sale. Perhaps my error in assuming amazon prime is always supplied from an amazon warehouse, but still the shipping was slow by prime standards, plus they picked, packed and shipped the incorrect goods. Like how is that possible these days with barcode scanners.Amazon then told me as they did not supply directly from an amazon warehouse they can only offer a refund and not a replacement in exchange for the incorrect goods they shipped. To complicate matters further I used Klarna to pay for this, because 2 feeders , 8 batteries and 1 sure pet hub add up to alot of money in one hit. Klarna made sense to spread over three payments. But now as only a refund is the only option. it is Klarna that are getting refunded and not me. They also what me to pay the next two payments to complete the Klarna agreement even though I do not have the goods I wanted to purchase as Amazon approved a return for them.After nearly one month amazon finally credit Klarna. who after many emails to Klarna they acknowledge they have received a credit and now owe me money due to the first payment to Klarna covered the batteries and hub that I was willing to keep plus 40 quid they owed me for over paying.So my advice is. If you want to purchase any surepet connect products. AVOID amazon at all costs as you will receive the wrong product and have a lot of stress recovering your money back.Payments taken instantly but a refund takes 21days Very poor service on this one.I've since purchased the goods I wanted direct from the manufacturer and couldn't be happier. They not only did next day delivery with DPD with a very accurate 1hr time slot but did send me the correct goods 1st time.The feeder bowls themselves are really good. The phone app not so much. Surepet could improve their app a lot in my opinion. My Cats are still wary of the bowl as they are getting used to the mechanised lid which does startle them. It has a training mode which is good where you can set the lid to be in some pre set partially open states. which will enable them to slowly get used to lid eventually opening fully from being closed when they approach it.

Perfect feeder for multi cat households especially with greedy cats it’s very sturdy and fits anywhere I like the app function and it’s really easy to set up

Purchased this item for my kitten to prevent others from devouring her food, she got used to it very quickly and 1 year later she still uses it. She’s a Norwegian Forest Cat, she is now quite large and feeds out of it happily. 6 month battery life.

I bought two of these. Excellent idea, nearly perfect. Some issues with connectivity with the hub and battery life - that needs to be improved. But, having a new cat who eats much faster and much more than my older kitty, I’m glad I can make sure he still gets to eat his share. Also, the new cat had a dental surgery, need to offer her soft food for a few days...perfect for those circumstances.

It’s amazing and useful! I buying three of them and love it! And they give wright and let me know how much they eat each time and open only for ID TAG or micoship it’s really good!

Wish I'd purchased one of these years ago. It's so easy to use. Keeps flies away from the food. Really is a great product.
