Don't know yet. Just got it.
I don't know how it works yet. But the first thing I noticed when I read the instructions is that the warrantee is only good in mainland China. So, even with all the good reviews I don't have a lot of hope.Revise for Surprise: Received the 1/4 to 1/8 adapters today and with great apprehension set this up and turned it on. OH MY GOSH.The sound is fantastic. This thing has as better sound quality than I ever would have imagined. Well worth the price.

Noise
Definitely has some added noise to the system. While it does amplify it and doesn’t muddy the quality much. Works for podcasts but I wouldn’t edit audio with it.

I Needed a Head Phone Amp ASAP, This was Very Affordable & completely does the job.

Not good enough
Would be a good headphone amp, but sometimes it squeals and has to be turned off and back on. Not fonna waste my time exchanging it. Just writing this one off.

I use it to control the main output volume for all my speakers
Can't say enough good things about this lil wonder, the best pocket change for a small amp I EVER SPENT !
