Heat relieves eye issues.
I ordered this at Christmas and it worked great until July. Then the heat stopped working. We use this for heat on eyes vs using microwaved rice in a tied sock. It works great and has lots of additional functions. I contacted the manufacturer about the heat no longer working since it was still under 1 year warranty and they graciously replaced it in a timely manner. We are back in business!

Best self care purchase
I’m so glad I bought this. Best investment in self care. Most of the times I pretend I don’t need to use this to relax but honestly this device helps me fall asleep and relaxed and refreshed. One cycle lasts 15 mins and because of the stress level I have it takes about 2-3 cycles of 15 mins each for me to finally knock out and sleep like a baby. I forget I’m wearing the mask. Helps with my migraines and eye pain. Only thing I don’t understand is the app on the phone. Kinda don’t use the app because my eyes are already covered. Not sure how to use the app while wearing the eye massager.

My Emotional Support Sleep Mask (With Bonus Forehead Tip)
This is hands down one of my favorite things I own. If you struggle with tension headaches, eye strain, migraines, or just life in general—this little device is pure magic. The heat and compression lull me into a calmer state within minutes.✨ Bonus tip? I often use it across my forehead for a few cycles when the tight band of a headache starts to creep in—it’s deeply soothing and feels like a warm compress that actually cares.🎧 The Bluetooth music option is nice, but honestly, I just use it as my emotional support sleep mask at the end of long days. The only downside is the vibration setting—it’s louder than I’d like, so I skip that. But everything else? Chef’s kiss

Great for migraines and sensory deprivation
I love this! I received it as a gift. I have photosensitivity and get migraines. This totally helped with headaches as well. You do hear the noise but it's kind of white noise and makes me tune out other noises in the room. It's not noise canceling, but it is a good distraction. I could easily take this with me if I'm traveling, staying in a hotel or going on vacation or even for a break at work. I would definitely wear it on a plane. I like the design. It fits very well. I think it seems well made and will likely last. I would like to have some kind of removable face that I could take off and clean. It's sort of a vinyl material that I could probably wash with a washcloth but I take my makeup off before wearing it because I'm afraid of staining it.Things of note:The pressure massage is like you would get in a massage chair. It goes through different sequences so it's not the same repetitive pattern. There is a voice that tells you what mode you are in so that is helpful. It runs for a certain amount of time then your session ends and it tells you to keep your eyes closed for a minute before taking it off.The music is just the same phrase over and over again. A little piano ditty.I had to give a star off for design. The button isn't really a button, it's more of a touch button. It isn't raised and not obvious to find if you're not looking at the device. It is incredibly sensitive, it responds to my hair and even when I touch near it. The other buttons are nearby and also not raised, so it's easy to touch this button when you are trying to touch others. It's the button that is for power but also for cycling through different modes of heat, vibration, etc. It's really annoying to have to go back to the setting I want to simply because I brushed against a pillow or touched the wrong place.Overall I am satisfied with this.

Eyeris Smart - Heat adjustment in app only
My eye doctor recommended this brand for dry eye heat therapy. She didn’t recommend a specific model so I opted for what I thought was their top of the line model. I don’t mind paying more for quality and functionality. I bought the Eyeris Smart model since it advertised multiple heat settings and voice mode. I assumed the higher price point meant better quality and enhanced functionality. I guess it technically works as advertised but I expected more for the price. The massage is performed by alternatively inflating and deflating a series of small air bags within the eye mask. The inflation is a bit noisy between the motor and the crinkling of the plastic air bags inflating/deflating. The pressure feels a bit uneven as it rotates around the eye socket. It’s great along the brow bone but I find it a little uncomfortable at my temples and on the eyeball itself (even on the lowest setting). The bottom of the mask doesn’t seem to sit flush against my face so I feel like I have to lean my head back or constantly adjust to ensure it’s making contact for the heat benefit. In my opinion, the music doesn’t do anything to enhance the experience. It allows you to connect to your phone via Bluetooth so you can play your own music through the speakers in the eye mask, but it’s not like headphones so others around you can still hear the music. This doesn’t seem to add much value, considering you could have the same experience playing music directly from your phone without connecting via Bluetooth. Or better yet use earbuds. There are a few on board songs/nature sounds, but they’re just your average generic spa track, birds chirping, and running water sounds. The voice mode is a bit deceiving. I assumed voice mode, meant voice controlled, nope. It simply means it will audibly announce the modes and settings as you cycle through button presses (there is also a silent mode). My biggest complaint by far is that the only way to adjust the temperature setting is to install the mobile app and create an account. The app has a guest mode, which still requires your name, date of birth, height, and weight, but guest mode doesn’t allow you to add the eye mask as a device on the app. It forces you to create an account on the app in order to add the eye mask as a device. Then once you have an account and add the device, the only way to change the heat setting is to create a “favorite“ routine with the desired high/medium/low temperature setting. You’re not able to cycle through heat settings or adjust the temperature while using the mask. it’s not horrible, and I’ll continue to use it because it’s better than the microwavable heated eye mask, but I expected much better.
