Very disappointing. Put this in the crack on the floor of our shower and within a few days it peeled right off. It is not as advertised. Put it around the edge of our kitchen sink which we had dried and prepared. We're having to use a different brand. It went really strange after a couple of days.

I’m a big fan of this product and have been using it for several years and still have the original tube at our other home in a different state. It does an amazing job of sealing and it dries crystal clear. I first used it to close large drainage holes on some decorative ceramic flower pots and they have remained completely water-proof for at least 5 years. However, tube this new tube has been a disappointment in that, after the first use, it is difficult - if not impossible - to use it again. My husband has used tools on it twice to unclog the nozzle but it was still very difficult to get the product out of the tube. I’ve only used up about 5% of the tube and plan to discard it as it’s not worth the effort. I have no idea why this tube would be so different from the first. I recommend that the manufacturer make much smaller, perhaps one-use size tubes in the future.

Tips = This stuff can be pretty stiff for older folks to squeeze out, so order a heavy-duty "Tube Wringer" made by Gill Mechanical Company in Oregon. Amazon will sell it to you. Worth every penny! Also, you can follow glue makers instructions for squeezing a little out, then screwing cap back on. But if it sits for a while the clog will become hard to squeeze out. I found a wooden dowel the perfect size of the clogged outlet so I pushed the clog down into the tube - back in action. Yes, at some point the hard clog will come back but it's easier to deal with at that point. You can also trim out the clog with an Xacto blade & use the Tube Wringer.

I tried the caulk and white glue before, and were very happy with how well they work. When I saw the glue in clear, I had to give it a try because white does not always fit the bill -- I don't want white oozing out -- clear is much better! The only thing I would like to see for all Flex Seal caulk and glue products is putting them in containers that can be used until the product is gone. Once opened, it is very difficult to squeeze and get out the product even after following the directions for closing after use. I have to use sticks and whatever else I can find to break the seal deep down to get caulks and glues flowing again after first use. The tube clumps up the product and dries making one unable to just open and squeeze to use.
