They got 3 swings each so it broke at swing 11 or 12. Not well made but still gave it 3 stars because it was the longest of the Amazon options and it's a better idea than using a broom handle or a bat. Maybe better for kids younger than 10 and 9 years old. Maybe better for a girls party than a boys party but I don't think there's much of a gender difference in strength at this prepubescent age. Maybe advertise this as a 10 strikes your out piñata stick because after striking the piñata 10 times then your out of piñata stick... because you broke.

Very cute, perfect for a party of 7 children. Held 3 pounds of candy. The bat broke which I was expecting based on the reviews so we had a plastic back up!

This is a cute pinata and much more affordable than going to Party City. I was excited to get a pole ad mask to use with it! Just know that you will need a backup pole more than likely, bc ours broke after one kid had a turn. We had to pause the game at the party and search for a baseball bat.

Nice pinata. Big and colorful and was a lot of fun. Comes in two pieces. When you connect it, it did not completely close. Strings were inside and made it a bit hard to hang. Overall, I would order again.

So apparently dragons are not in vogue right now. Thus I bought this dino pinata and added wings to it. Loved how it looked and my three year old son was so excited when he saw it. However, his literal first hit on it, it fell down off the hanger completely so there was no way to hang it back up. Though honestly this was actually hilarious and then it was even funnier when my nephew stabbed it with a sword while the dragon was still on the ground. One nice hit to it's head by my husband golf style and the whole thing came apart. Was fine for a 3 year old birthday with just family and friends, but had it been a real party would have been disappointed how weak it was. Was a good price though.

I bought this to use at our church Christmas party and was a big hit! Mine came with no instructions but don't worry, it's pretty straightforward. You will need to push in gently on the sides of the points to get them into proper position. There are support strings that you were drawing up to bring the ends together to form the star. It has a little mechanism on them to keep it from flipping back into its original position. I read previous reviews and there was concern about holding the candy weight. So before filling it, I use some heavy weight packing tape to reinforce around the holes holding the support strings. Worked like a charm. It was able to hold over 4 lb of candy. Then you draw the strings the rest of the way tight. I would buy this again and heartbeat and will for next year!
