I’ve always wanted a canopy bed since I was a little girl and when I saw this on Amazon I immediately wanted it.My brother put this together in about an hour and didn’t seem to have much difficulty with it. I always wanted a canopy to hang canopy curtains around it which I did. :)It‘s very sturdy and holds over 1100lbs which I needed something sturdy w a high weight capacity bc I am a plus size girl. (300lbs) and so far so good.The only thing I’d say is while it does seem sturdy it can be a little shaky on the top at times but that’s if I’m really reaching for something. I got so many compliments on it when I posted it on my Instagram. Love my new canopy bed!

You get what you pay for so I am not really surprised with this bed but I wanted to dispel all of the reviews I read that this bed is very sturdy and good quality. It is made from that cheap metal that we in the country have always referred to as “pig metal.” The hardware holding it together is cheap too. After a months use, many of the connections are already loose and rattling. The threads will strip from barely any torque on the bolts. No locking washers. Also I feel that the description should detail that this “platform bed” does not work well with memory foam mattresses. Mine “oozes” down between the bars and makes me want to put a sheet of plywood under there. Also super annoying is that the bars of the “headboard” do not hold pillows in place. Pillows slide between them. I have a standard 8” mattress: for your perspective of the alignment of the height of the mattress to the head bars. But I don’t believe that would matter. Pillows would slide through between the bars with any mattress height. I wish I had had another $100.00 at time of purchase so that I could have gotten a better quality bed with a solid headboard.

My daughter loves her new bed. Easily assembled in 45 minutes. Now she can hang her colored lantern decorations around her bed.

I put this together alone and only took an hour. Very nicely made and sturdy. Just have to tighten the screws every now and then if it makes noise.

I bought this frame for my 15 year old and in just a few months it has broken. The metal legs in the middle have broken off! Don't buy it!

It didn’t come with instructions, thanks goodness the pictures online had them. I was able to zoom in and go from there. It’s nice once completed
