The tub is enormous, the tablets are huge. Ridiculously so. Each tablet contains your full recommended amount of the micronutrients...and the suggested dose on the tub is two a day.Don;t take two a day. It would be a complete waste of money. Seriously. Also, that much calcium on top of a normal diet is going to cause you problems down the line. One a day of these is more than enough (if your diet is good - one every other day would probably do). The upside of doing this is..........the tub now contains 2 years supply instead of one! So it's incredibly good value on that front at least.

Good value, solid container, easy to open and close. I've given 3stars for easy to swallow as the tablets are bullet shaped with no break point in middle. Anyone who has difficulty taking large or unbroken tablets may have a problem with these.For me, I am able to swallow them so they meet my need. The product is good value but as this is my first time of purchase and use of this make, I cannot comment on quality or health benefits yet. Hopeful 😏

I brought these as I've been put in a medical menopause at 37yrs old, so thought I best support my bones.No side effects at present, cant tell if they are helping my bones, but I'm certainly not got achey bones so I hope they are.Very well packaged however, one negative is the size of the tablets. I dont usually have any issues with swallowing tablets but these are quite large, not well coated and hard to swallow. I have to take one at a time.

A year's worth of bone health-supporting mulitvitamins for vegans. Great for me as I broke my leg bones in three places three months ago and my physio felt it was very important for me to supplement calcium and vitamin D to aid my recovery. Into the mix, since I have started taking these supplements my overall energy levels have improved and my moods have been the most stable they've been in years. These ought to fend off osteoporosis to boot!

If the details on the label are accurate, these tablets are properly full-strength - so a big, appreciative tick for that.I shan't open and start using them until the end of October (Vitamin D insufficiency not being a problem in the summer) so I have not yet broken the seal. However, even without being able to see them, I can indirectly weigh them. The normal weight of a 365-tab plastic bottle is 65 g including cap, and to be fair let's add on <10 g for plastic sealants. The bottle weighs 793g gross, so ca. 718g net. 365 tabs, so each tab must weigh approx.1.967g. That must make them quite big to swallow.

I used to take Calcium and my Doctor said I should take Magnesium as well as it makes it more effective.I used to be able to get just Calcium and Magnesium but I do not seem to be able to do that on returning to the UK so I boughtthis variety which has extra ingredients and hopefully do more things.The container holds a years worth of Tabletsso they are terrific value.Next year I shall buy some more

I needed these because I have slight deterioration of the bones & when I saw how big they were I was a bit worried about swallowing them as I’m hopeless with paracetamol but I gave it a go & was amazing how easy they were to swallow , overall very pleased with this purchase.
