After I ordered one Emile Henry Baker and used it. The next day I ordered a another one. A great size for so many cooking needs. The right size for chicken and rice, for lasagne, for baking stuffed mushrooms, roasted potatoes, squash, whatever you need. The sides are high so no spills. The handles make sure you can hold on to the pan with safety. I ordered red and it looks sharp when I serve from the buffet. The Quality is worth the price. Since I purchased these I have used them at least twice per week. You will not be disappointed.

After purchasing, and using, an Emile Henry casserole dish I didn't hesitate to order a larger piece that I would be able to use in place of glass pyrex bakeware. This baker is extremely easy to clean,did not discolor, bakes evenly, and makes a nice presentation when brought to the table. I appreciate the helper handles, without them it woud be messy and difficult to carry from oven to counter/table. Very pleased with the purchase and plan to buy more.

I cook and bake extensively, and purchased this Emile Henry 11" x 8" Medium Rectangular Emile Henry Baker to replace a similar sized baker that broke when my toe caught the edge of a throw rug and I dropped the baker - full of pasta casserole - on my kitchen floor. Ugh!I have used this Emile Henry Baker many times and love it! It's 11" x 8" size is so versatile. I use it for baked goods, roast foods, casseroles, meatballs, and other dishes. Even heat distribution. I do not have a dishwashing machine, this baker cleans up easily by hand washing and drying with a dish towel.I highly recommend this product.

Arrived in a CRUSHED, unmarked box, but perfectly intact. This was literally wrapped in bubble wrap- no packaging- with zero scratches, chips, or nicks.Perfect pan and classic.

Haven’t used it yet but bought it for lasagna

I wanted a deep dish casserole dish and I love this one! No worries of filling it too much. It’s also so easy to clean. I’ve actually bought other similar dishes from Emile Henry including a small casserole dish and deep dish pie plate. Love them all!

We ordered four different sizes of these classic baking pans to replace our tried, true, and much loved ceramic coated cast iron pans that had become simply too heavy as we have aged. The pans are fabulous in all respects. Don’t drop them! They can break. Otherwise, they are terrific to use.

I <3 how cute this lasagne pan is!! I haven't cooked in it yet though, but am very inspired to do so... It is heavy, so the heat conduction I predict will be awesome... will give update later... The yellow is so sweet and inviting and I just can't wait to make my masterpieces in it!! YUM!!

I was looking for the right size casserole dish, too many are too large or don't have the depth that I need. This works well and cleans up beautifully.
