Be careful if you might be allergic
Iâm sure this product is fine for most but I bought this as my usual hydroxide powder was out of stock. I took it as I would normally, late at night (not with food as the product states). The next morning I had a vertigo attack on waking (Iâve never had anything like this before) and then I walked into the wall. My balance was really affected for a few hours but the Epley procedure did help. I didnât even connect it but it happened the next morning and the next until I stopped taking it and it then didnât happen. I read now that papain (papaya extract) can cause swelling and dizziness in some people, so maybe in my inner ear? So Iâm sure this is great for some, but be vigilant.
