Not a great hydration pack or backpack
I’m not a fan of this backpack. For starters the hydration pack leaks and it’s mostly because the seal for the lid is tough to screw on. The novel is a strange design that I’m not a fan of and the bladder has a hanger but the backpack has nothing to hang it on, so the bladder ends up smooshed at the bottom on the bag. The unit as a backpack is less than ideal. The shoulder straps have no cusion in them and get twisted easily, the pockets are narrow and too deep in ened up losing stuff at the bottom. I’m very disappointed and am going back to CamelBak. You get what you pay for.

I just received this bag. Overall the bag seems nice. My main disappointment with this pack is that there are no loops or hooks to hold the water pouch up when placed in the insulated area. The water pouch will fall to the bottom of the pack. I guess I will try to rig something at the top to connect the water pouch to.

I did SO much research for my trip to Belize...
Exactly what I needed. I did SO much research for my trip to Belize. I wanted to make sure to have something that wasn't too small or too big. This is the perfect pack. I was able to carry my GoPro with all my attachments (head clamp, floating handle, 2 batteries, waterproof case, and remote. I had a couple protein bars, an extra shirt (rolled up) and my Astral water shoes. I could have unzipped the extension to fit more things too. Fully expanded it wan't too baggy or large. The water reservoir was a perfect size for a four hour hike in the hot and muggy rain forest. The fabric wasn't annoying when I had my shirt off either. The hose is definitely long enough. I contemplated cutting it down a bit but the length made it easy for me to share some water with the wife. I'll definitely continue to use this for hikes in the hot sun of Los Angeles and absolutely use this in the winter for snowboarding.

Fantastic utility
I absolutely love this backpack and I wish I had photos to share with all of you. I bought this bag in October of 2017 after the zippers of this bag broke off: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OXPC07E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1I love this bag so much more than the Teton is so many ways. First things first though, the only major con of this bag are the flaps over the zippers. The zippers often get caught in these flaps which makes it very annoying. I had a simple fix for this though: safety pins! A few pins here, a few pins there and the flaps were no longer in the way. Sure, it may have looked tacky, but this bag is for utility, not looks.Pockets upon pockets upon pockets. Not only that, but DEEP pockets. I have PLENTY of room for everything I need while out on a hike or going to a music festival. And I mean everything, to the point where the bag is too heavy. The main compartment for the water balder is big enough to squeeze some other items in there even when the bladder is full. But when you extend the pocket by unzipping those extender zippers you get even more space to fit things in there even with a full bladder. The second main compartment, while having a small mouth, is just as deep as the main pocket and fits A LOT. I usually skip squeezing things into the bladder compartment and just put my big flashlights, clothing/towels, and other long or cumbersome items in this pocket. The "pencil" pocket is also deep, also going pretty much to the bottom of the bag. This is where I put my small flashlights, snacks, and other small items that I don't want to be searching for forever in the larger pockets. This pocket has more horizontal space than you'd expect, so you can fit small items that are also bulky. The side straps, kidney huggers, stabilizers, whatever you want to call them, have pockets too. While not very big, they are perfect for a lighter, credit cards, some money, etc. I fit my dugout in the there. If you know what that is, good for you! This bag also has a lot of random mesh, straps and loops for even more utility. I keep a small flashlight in the left strap mesh for quick access. I stick a rolled up small jacket in the front mesh.It also has chest and stomach straps for added stability and weight support. The built in poncho works well, too.And the #1 thing? Multiple camping trips, multiple festivals, multiple hikes later and this thing is still going strong. No tears, no broken zippers, nothing. I would recommend this bag a 100 times over.

Smaller than expected, but gets the job done
Even though this is a 20L bag, it's a lot smaller than I expected. Granted, it does expand at the bottom, providing a lot more room than what it looks like on initial inspection. I mean, I know it's a "cycling bag" but I'm using it for hiking when I go to Iceland. I wanted something that comes with a camelback/hydration pack, but was also lightweight, enough pockets and utilitarian. Of course, it being my favorite color didn't hurt either. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the size (was hoping for something a bit bigger for the price) but also... there's no hole or anything to fit the mouth piece to the hydration pack through, meaning you have to basically fit it through the zipper and zip around it, leaving it just hanging out which is kind of annoying. It would have been nice if they found a way to design it to where there was a hole the hydration pack mouth piece thingy could fit through so I don't have to worry about my bag being partially unzipped in order to use it.

This is just a backpack, bladder is not included.
Looks like a great backpack. Looks constructed well. Looks like it will hold snacks and things for a hike, bike ride, or to the kids games. Be a while lot better if the “hydration backpack” came with the hydration part.... There is no bladder included. The description bounces around a bit about whether or not there is a bladder inside and says to order carefully from the two options. There is only one option, and the answered questions at the bottom said there was a bladder included. It is not... Wish I would have known that from the start, I may have ordered another pack for the same price that included the bladder. Whatever, I just ordered a bladder and I can use this pack next time I go out. I think I better make sure it has shoulder straps and buckles included beforehand....
