I get 'splits' on the tips of my fingers during dry weather times (winter). I put a dab of the Campho Phenique on the split, add a bandaid - heals quickly! Been using this product for years. Sally

Campho-Phenique gel is a great product. I like it better than the liquid version as it's easier to put on a cut or sore. It works well and fast - or at least it has for me.
