quicker and easier than my wrap
We got the Infantino Breathe Vented Carrier to take with us on vacation with our 7 month old (15 pounds). When it first got here I immediately tried it out to make sure it was secure and comfortable, it was both and more! I loved how easy it was to put on, adjust, and get baby into. I really like my Moby Wrap as well, but the Infantino Breathe was a lot simpler to use on the go. The detachable bib was a good idea, but if your baby spits up like mine, then you may want a little more protection. I just tucked a burp cloth in and let it hang in front, it worked great. Even if spit up gets on the carrier it is easy to wipe clean. I would highly recommend this carrier to anyone before any of the higher priced carriers, the design is almost identical to the $150.00 ones. The price was right and the quality far exceeded my expectations.

Love this!
Love this!. I initially had a "Wrap" which love, but trying to tie the wrap in public was always a disaster for me. It always turned out to be a raining day or just trying to keep the wrap from touching the ground added to the stress. Most other carriers require a newborn insert or are meant for babies starting at about 4 months. I needed something in the meantime for quick trips/errands around the house. The great thing about this is that its relatively easy to get on. Not so with wraps and mei-tais. With a crying baby or a trying do something quickly this was great. It takes about a minute ( or less) to get the baby securely inside. I began using this as soon my LO hit 8 pounds and had pretty good head control and he loves it. Not at about 15 pounds, I find that I could use some more support which is about the time I could move to one of those other carries. For the price, this carrier cannot be beat. It was a lifesaver for me on many occasions. I even used it while waiting in small lines at Disney. The only thing that could make this better is a lumbar support belt.

Great carrier for the price!!
My baby loves this carrier! She is comfy and falls asleep almost every time I use it! The front facing position is great also! The only thing about it that you would probably eliminate a little with a more expensive carrier would be the discomfort of the weight on your shoulders (the fancier ones probably put more money into padding on the straps and whatnot). It only starts to feel heavy after wearing it for 30mins to an hour (depending on the weight of your baby) but I'm sure that this is the case with most carriers anyways. Other than that it is pretty easy to use. It is just a couple simple steps to set up so if you read the directions well the first time then after that it is easy. I hope that helps! Happy shopping!!

Great for the money, but not super supportive
We bought this for my husband to use to take our 7 month old son to stores, etc. My son doesn't fuss when he's in it, and enjoys being able to look out at the world. The reason why I gave it four stars, is like other reviewers have mentioned, it's not the most comfortable to wear- that is for a day at a fair or Disneyland. It's fine for running errands. If you want a carrier that will be used for short increments of time, then I recommend this carrier.***Updated March 2013- I stated that we bought this carrier for my husband, but it turns out that I used it more than he so I'm updating this review from experience. I would not recommend this carrier for a baby more than 15 lbs if you're wearing it more than 30-45 minutes at a time. Because it's not supportive like a Bjorn or Ergo, the weight of the baby pulls at your neck and shoulders and causes pain. We also have an Ergo and when I put my son in that, I said "Ah, now this is comfortable to wear."

Good Carrier
I purchased the Infantino Breathe Carrier, the Ergo, and a fabric wrap. (The baby wanted to be carried constantly, and I just couldn't find something that he liked.)Infantino ProsWorked well from age 3-5 monthsBaby LOVED facing outward and seeing the worldAllows the baby to be removed with a few bucklesHusband liked the Infantino and found it comfortable and funWashed well, removable burp cloth was nice.Infantino ConsBefore 3 months old, baby did not like legs out, so this carrier did not work for usAt 6 months old, baby was too big to be comfortably carried in the InfantinoDespite the short time we used it, for the money this carrier is still worth it.As an aside, the Ergo is my favorite carrier(though really expensive!). We started using it at 6 months and are still using it at 18 months.

What a bargain!
I love this carrier. I tried a sling but it tweaked my baby's head and looked uncomfy, not to mention it was hard to get her in. I also have the ergo carrier but she is too little to straddle my body and the infant carry position is awkward for it, it will be great when she gets a little older. For the meantime this is the carrier to get when they are tiny!! Wish I would have gotten it sooner so I could have been more productive around the house earlier on! The black version is cheaper but I went with this one because its supposed to "breathe" better, I think you could go either way and save 5 bucks if you need to or if you like black better, this is actually more of a charcoal than light grey, very nice. I can see how it could hurt your back after a while but I just use it around the house and shes only 12lbs right now. Its not exactly a breeze to get on but its not bad and if your baby is not screaming, you can unclip it in many places to slip it on otherwise you've got to kinda wiggle this over your head

Great option for cheap
I was a little worried about the quality due to the price, but I was surprised that this held up as well as it did. I only used it for about 8 months before she started walking, but these carriers are way better than dragging a stroller everywhere and I like having her close to me all the time since people a f***ing crazy these days. Very adjustable and comfortable to wear for intermediate periods of time. I ended up giving it away when I didn't need it anymore but I would buy again if I ever needed one.
