I’ve been using these hydrogen water tablets for several months now, and I can definitely feel the difference. My body feels less inflamed, and my energy levels have noticeably improved. This product does make me feel cleaner and helps boost my mornings. but I've only taken this for a week. I usually take one tab a day in the morning with 16 oz. of water as directed. The tab takes about 3 minutes to dissolve all the way. It turns the water grayish and the taste is not amazing but it's not an issue either, you can't really taste taste it. It's just different than straight water. And the boost from it is not like two expresso shots, it's more like your body is recharged. For all the talk about H2 water bottles I would say save your money and just get these tabs. They do the same thing just without having to purchase a special water bottle that requires you to charge it. Per tab the cost is very reasonable. I crush the tab while it's dissolving with a spoon or straw. while it dissolves there's some effervescence which brings a film to the top of the water. As soon as the tab is fully dissolved stir the mixture slightly and drink the full glass in one go. Apparently the H2 gas in the water dissipates relatively fast so you can't just leisurely sip on it for 30 minutes without loosing its intended effect. I'm definitely going to make this a regular morning practice going forward. If nothing else it's a nice morning ritual and I get 16 oz. of water with some magnesium (see label) first thing in the morning despite whether the H2 positively enhances anything else in your body.

So far I'm sorry I ordered this. The directions warn one to check with a physician before using if you have any conditions. I didn't know or missed seeing any such note before purchase. I cannot use this product because of medical difficulties. I didn't click on any star because at this point I would click on zero.

I was really excited to try this because it seems like a great supplement for healthy aging, brain health, mitochondrial support, and boosting cellular energy and blood flow. It must be good for you!But… I just couldn’t get past the strong smell and taste. 😅 On top of that, it’s hard for me to drink 18oz (about 480ml) of water right after dissolving the tablet—that part is almost impossible for me.Unfortunately, I couldn’t finish the bottle. It might work great for others, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I get really hungover so I don’t drink much anymore. I can have two drinks and the next day I feel it. I’m exhausted, lazy and it ruins my whole day.
