I realize this is going to sound odd but I when I have hot flashes at certain times of the month, my ears get crazy hot. These little miracles came to my rescue!!! I simply keep them in the freezer and when my ears start to feel warm, I put them into a pair of earmuffs (to secure them to my ears) and voila! Within less than a minute I'm comfortable again. If anyone else gets these odd hot flashes, get these!!!!

So far so good. I haven't had a chance to use them yet because they are an item for first aid not something you can use right away. You don't you band aids and slap them on to try them out, well unless you're name is Nelly, but that's not my business. I will say however the cloth is nice and keeps a perfect distance from the actual cold material and your skin. They are also a good size compared to the kids boo boo pack which I got these to replace because the boo boo pack was too small and warmed up too quickly.

Threes are just ok. Frozen is better but I purchased them as reviewers said you can microwave them for a hot pack. The gel inside mine seem to be burning and turning ineffective. I will probably have to throw away after a few uses unfortunately.

Got these recently (within the week) and have only used them cold. So far so good. We've had them in the freezer and have used them for a few bumps and bruises our kids have had. I like how they are small enough to fit in your hand but not so small that they aren't effective. May post again later once we've tried them warm too.

These are great, just what I needed. Easy to use, freeze and take with you. I was looking for something to use for my feet for my plantar fasciitis, that wasn't too bulky and stayed semi frozen for a short time so if I kept them on too long, my arches wouldn't have frozen. These stay icebox cold for about 20 to 30 minutes.I like that they are flexible and easy to squeeze into an elastic band. The mesh exterior liner also keep from getting a couch or table damaged from sweating and ruining the surface. I especially like that they mold to the body and are small enough to take with you. The clear green gel makes them easy to find.The only negative is that they are sold in pairs. This would have been more convenient, but definitely not a reason not purchase.

My granddaughter loves these. They are effective, but keep her dry. She says these bobo ice packs are not scary. :-)

Love these! So useful for so many things from sports strains to headaches to kids bumps. The mesh fabric on the back is just right for "too cold" on the face, for example.

So far, so good. I got these for my face (eczema flare ups) and the best part is that I don't have to wrap the ice pack with a paper towel since this has a cloth side. Will update if it doesn't work out, but these are the perfect size for me!
