So, I'll start with the bad.. it can make me jittery and sort of itchy. Not like rash itchy but I assume it's doing something to my muscles and blood flow that it's more of a tingly feeling that sort of itches.Now the good! I drink this before I do heavy duty work (I'm sort of a carpenter) and it for sure gives me the energy and stamina that I need. I've cut way back on the energy drinks because this stuff is like an energy drink x10 without all the sugar and less cost. There are some other benefits that I've found.. without being too descriptive.. it makes me like an 18 year old again with the wife.. if she sees me drinking one before bed now she knows that things are about to get crazy. I don't work out in the gym like I did in my younger years, I use it more for energy and endurance while I'm working but could totally see this as helpful for you gym rats out there. If there is anything that you feel is lacking in life and could use more energy, endurance, power, etc. This is the ticket. It's like hulk juice.. just be careful because you may want to smash everything the ole lady included haha

This bottle is defective.Be aware of this item. I used it 3 times and it has caused me to feel very ill and nauseous. I have used this product for a long time and I’ve never experienced feeling ill and sick. It didn’t give me no energy only nausea. There is something wrong with this bottle. I attempted to return it as a defective item. But I can’t return it due policy. I will not buy again through Amazon. I will purchase it through GNC.

I enjoy the Lit pre-workout so figured the Lit AF would be worth a try. First off, it came to me solid as a brick. I had to use a knife to break it up to be used. Second, this costs $10 more than the Lit. When you consider you only get 20 servings with the AF and 30 with the regular Lit, the price seems unreasonable. I do like the taste, and the clumps do dissolve. But I would expect better. It works good for sure, but is it $10 better at way less servings? Up to you but not for me. The Lit works great and is a no brainer at the lesser price with more servings. Just my 2 cents.

This stuff kicked in fast and made me work out hard asf,gave me a little itch and tingling but that's normal I highly recommend and the taste is on point
