Looking for these items in shops is very difficult to find sometimes and often when you can’t find them they will charge you about £1 or more for one packet. There was a rumour spread around. These have been banned, but I don’t think that is true. Otherwise you would not be able to buy them. I found the pack to be decent value for money and have all that it more than once and found that the product arrived promptly.
