Q: I want to send this digital frame wifi to my grandparents and was wondering if it is easy to use and can play pictures and videos in the same stream.

As in my video, it is easy to use and as long as the digital photo frame is connected to WIFI, you can send pictures/videos to your grandparents from anywhere and be able to play them in the same stream without switching.

Q: How does this digital photo frame wifi automatically rotate and make the picture fill the frame?

As in my video, when you turn the frame it will automatically rotate, if you want to make the current picture full of photo frames, you can choose [Fill Frame] in the "menu", if you want to fill all the pictures, you can refer to the second operation, in the settings of the [slide] to replace, I hope you can help.

Q: Hi, what's the power plug/adapter provided with this pic frame? Can it take 240v electricity if used in other countries? Thanks

The plug (adaptor) that comes with the frame is compatible with 110. In a foreign country you would need the converter for that country. I am not sure if the frame itself is designed to accept a converter.
