Zinc is great for boosting the immune system. I take this all year round ad I have an under active thyroid meaning a lower immune system, have done since I was a child, a long with vitamin C. You have to eat alot of oranges to get your EDA, supplements are the way to go. I am the only person in my immediate family who has not had covid.These tablets are cheaper than Boots', as these tablets are double the strength so you'd have to take two of the ones from Boots to match these and you get double the amount in this pot.

Good tablets. Do the job but always gotta be careful when taking high doses. 50 mg Zinc is almost not necessary for daily consumption

Easy to take, good value for money

The bottle and the tablets are very small. I can't even read the instructions. I have taken this two weeks after the product arrived. I will see if this tablet works for me.

Was taking one a day, as directions state on the bottle, after a blood donation they stated my iron was VERY VERY GOOD and perfect for donating. However after a few weeks they did effect my stomach and I began to feel like vomiting. Came off them immediately and the feeling went away after a few days. Haven't touched them since.These tablets do work but be careful as each body is different on how they will handle them.
