All flavors are really good except the fruit flavor. That one tastes synthetic. I like that the company uses stevia and monk fruit sweeteners and not unnatural kinds. High protein and fiber and low carbs as long as you stick to serving size. Great as a dry snack too not just cereal. We love it with coconut milk. Give it a try but I warn you it is addictive and expensive. We absolutely love it and would not go back to other cereals.

I love this cereal. A little yogurt and some blueberries will give you a great tasting, healthy breakfast. The best thing is that it is really filling. The extra fiber keeps me from feeling hungry for a lot longer than Regular cereal. It is pricey but you only need to eat half as much as regular cereal so it isn’t too bad. Low in sugar and big on flavor. Amazon has been out of stock on the chocolate banana flavor for a while so I have been having to order directly from Catalina Crunch.

I bought a bunch of these and was looking forward to having them, as they were supposedly healthy - which they in fact might be. However, when I had my first bite, it was horrible. I couldn't believe how bad it tasted, as if I was eating some sort of accidentally created non food item. I threw out all of the packages. I never post any comments, but I hope to warn people about this so they avoid being disgusted.

great for portion control. tastes great. keeps forever on shelf. I take it to work to avoid snacking on unhealthy machine junk.

The reason I buy this product from Amazon because it’s cheaper than buying it from the store but to double the price all of a sudden turns me off from buying this product at all. Also your ingredients need to be cleaner. Oils aren’t healthy.

I can appreciate the health aspects of this cereal being low carb and all, but it does NOT mean it should taste absolutely horrible. Bought the Chocolate Banana to try out and it is literally a burden to get through a bowl. Absolutely no taste and no flavor. Basically like eating a bowl of mini cardboard pieces floating in milk. I seriously dare someone to buy a box of the Chocolate Banana and reply back to this review if you make it through finishing a bowl.
