Well made and fitted my shoes without alteration, very comfortable and supportive.

I am absolutely thrilled with these arch supports. I have flat feet and the comfort in my trainers was amazing right from the start They are fairly slim which totally suits my feet and shoes. I have bought another three pairs should be arriving today.

These are good, support my arch & soften the impact on my heel. Only downside is that I’m not sure how long they will remain like this, as can see the absorbency wearing down already & think the arch support will soften meaning less support - hence why not 5 stars but overall good.

Having tried a pair of these I immediately bought two more. They feel hard initially but you soon get used to them and they have definitely reduced my heel pain

For me they are a superb product my boots were getting a little uncomfortable and it's made a huge difference I have Lowa boots and they feel like new again .

Ok for the price, sizing is accurate and the insoles are stiff enough to slip into shoes and boots easily. I bought them to put into a pair of lightweight boots but I found the cushioning a little too soft that felt like the insole was slipping in the boot. It wasn’t slipping it just felt like it. So I finished swapping the insoles from another pair of shoes that had superfeet in them and putting the superfeet in the boots, then put the new insoles in the shoes. Strangely they are fine in the shoes, so the upshot is that they are ok for some footwear but not all.

Arrived swiftly. Easy to use in shoe and helps with easing pain when walking. Hoping it will continue to support foot so pain will go altogether over time.

Needed to support my feet at work and thy seem to be doing ok not bad cushioning and supporting well. So no complaints here thanks
