Open up the pack but brand new batteries in it and it doesn’t work i try pressing different buttons for about a min nothing I hit the remote up against the palm of my hand and it works for the moment then i try to press another button and nothing so it only works when u hit it up against your hand who wants to keep doing that every time u want to change the channel or volume etc….Returning

Popped 2 AA batteries in this bad boy, aimed him at the t.v. and voila! I was able to watch t.v. without the headache of using an app. Great bargain!
