It certainly could work with a soundbar in your Jeep. If the soundbar has it's own internal amplifier, you would simply connect either the front or rear output and you'd be in business. If the soundbar is passive without internal amplifiers, you would have to use an external amplifier.

The unit may have voltage drop protection to protect against running your battery dead. If you do not have sufficient size wire for the power, able to carry up to 15 amps then cranking the volume could cause voltage to drop to the cutoff point.
