Little better than average ball retriever and black ball picker was hard to install in bottom of the handle, as the screw head should have had a slot for a screwdriver to screw the threads into the handle. Retriever a little stiff when extending. Over all I am not sure what I was expecting for the cheap price also.

Wow, this is an excellent purchase. My wife and I are learning the game, so we hit quite a few balls into the water lol. This retriever is very easy to use and helpful in finding our miss hits. Also excellent and very responsive customer service, highly recommend!

I used to pull out golf balls from the from on the the course . It worked so smooth! I wish I had more time from my tee time so I could find more nice balls. It’s very easy to use.

Haven't used on the course yet but appears to be very durable. Also like the attachment for the putter to pick up ball. saves on the back when you're 71

It’s compact enough to fit inside a golf bag pocket. Compared to other retrievers, it always gets the ball. The only problem: when I got it the closing lock was loose; I had to tighten it with a hammer.

Sure comes in handy especially for the way I play golf. Ha!Seems to be well made.
