There is no Alcohol. I have tried all kinds of different products and this one is the best. I have my hair colored every 6 to 7 weeks and I also use there shampoo and conditioner. This is the best product that I have found. I recommend it highly. I have the same problem like you. Anything with Alcohol dries out the hair and it causes the hair to have split ends and hair falls out. I think that you will like this product. Robin

Correct,except when I ordered, I actually received Aussie Sprunch Mousse 24 hour curl lock with jojobaoil, which led me to believe that the mousse plus conditioner w/o jojoba oil is no longer available

Q: Does this have an odor? What does it smell like, and is it overpowering?

Little to none. I use a few different products that all have scents and this one tends to get lost in the mix. If I were pressed, I'd say it has a slight coconut scent like the aussie shampoos and conditioners, but much more subtle.
