Effective and worth the price. You won't regret buying this!

While I usually buy the magnesium with 180 soft gels , I opted for the 240 amount thinking they were a better deal and the same thing. They are not. The soft gels have 4 different elements of magnesium, which is better for me, while the capsules only have magnesium oxide. Magnesium oxide works more for constipation than anything. While the other elemental magnesium in soft gels works better for all the other functions of your body. Oxide works for my spouse so that's a plus. Non returnable.

This is the best supplement I have ever taken. If you can’t poop or sleep, you will after taking this for a week. It also aids calcium absorption. I can actually sleep and poop!! Life is all good! FYI!!! You won’t get the runs at the restaurant after you eat. Yay!!! 🎉I’ve been using this product for over a year now.

I'm perfectly happy with this product. I went by ratings & reviews, plus reserching the best kinds before ordering it. I love that it's a softgel capsul! It is still a very large pill, but much easier to swallow. I ran out & needed some right away, so bought a bottle of the hard pills. The hard pills are even bigger. The coating makes them hard to swallow & it makes me nauseated. Since I'm going to need to take it for awhile, I'm sticking with the softgel. I have to take them because I am taking the 50,000 IU prescription Vitamin D & have suffered "heart symptoms" from it since I began taking it (palpitations, rapind heart rate, high bp,etc. After doing research (my doctor didn't know what was wrong), I discovered some people who take it, get these symptoms, especially if they are already deficient in magnesium. If I take the magnesium twice a day, the symptoms ease considerably.UPDATE 4/2013: I ran out of the soft gels again & bought another brand of the hard capsuls at the store, unfortunately I didn't realize they weren't the citrate kind until it was too late. They don't make me nauseated, but they are hard as a rock & I can tell by the way I feel that I am not getting the same benefits from them.I would like to mention to anyone thinking about buying these - LOOK CAREFULLY at what you are buying! There are 3 DIFFERENT types of pills being sold through this link, depending on the size of the bottle - tablets, v-caps & soft gels. Personally, I think it's wrong of Amazon to list these together, because i you aren't careful, you will end up with something you don't want! I wanted to buy a larger quantity than the 90, so I was going to order the 250 bottle until I discovered they are the tablets. If anyone taking this can tell me, I'd like to know if there's much of a difference in the different tyoes of these as to how well they are absorbed? I'd like to get the larger quantity, but my experience with the hard pills makes me leery of the tables here. What about the vcaps? I've had problems with some sticking in my throat, how are these?
