I found this Ashwaghnda blend about a year ago after taking natures valley stress relief which is only 300 mg Ashwaghnda and 100 mg L- theanine but I needed to take 1 in the morning and 1 at night to see results. One day they were out of stock at Walgreens so I turned to Amazon and found this brand that had everything in one dose and it was more potent. I thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I have 5 daughters who are between 22-30 and several of them are on it now as well to deal with situation stress and occasional sadness and hormonal imbalances.I have not experienced any side effects other than anxiety and insomnia returning if I go without it longer than 4/5 days. If you are suffering from anxiety or mild depression in any stage of your life then this supplement could help tremendously.

This product definitely has a calming effect and helps me sleep. My anxiety has dramatically improved! I was hoping to get more energy out of it, but I actually feel quite tired all day long. I take one capsule at least an hour before bed every night; I haven't missed a dose. I really need a lot more energy. I don't know if I need a different product or more time with this one, but increased energy is a must, and I currently lack that in spades.

I have a foot injury and had to stop walking for a good while which had been my way of controlling my blood pressure along with a healthy diet. My blood pressure started going up and I did not want to take prescription medication for control. My cousin is taking this product for anxiety and mentioned that it may be beneficial to me and sure enough, it is! Now, to be honest, my blood pressure is still a bit elevated but It is has improved enough to avoid taking medication until I am able to resume my daily walks.

I got this to help my Mom deal with her depression. She does not like taking medicine. She refused to let her doctor increase the dosage on her medication. I bought the Ashwagandha and she agreed to try it for a month. Here we are 3 or 4 months later and she is still taking it. Her mood has improved and she is dealing with everything a lot better.It's a very good deal for your money. I would recommend the product to everyone.

I purchased this product to start my new exercise routine, I am 45 yo and wanted to lose some weight gained during the pandemic. I thought it was necessary to write a review about this product because I have seen a fantastic improvement in energy level and also my sexual stamina overall, I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks and already I started to feel more energetic and my erections are definitely better and lasting longer. Didn’t have big expectations but pleasantly surprised by the results.

My anxiety and stress are naturally out of this world but I have 4 kids so I’m generally a nightmare. My husband has noticed a difference but I notice if I take one of these in the morning, everything is more manageable. I’ve tried CBD oil and it’s super expensive and doesn’t work. If I don’t take one… I start getting road rage and yelling at the kids when they’re crazy…. And I realize I haven’t taken one yet. Love it.

I liked this product a lot. I think it helped my mood and sleep but it was causing me very watery eyes that affected my driving and life. I went to the eye dr and they tried several things to help before my primary care Dr asked if I have started taking anything new. As soon as I stopped my eyes were fine.
