Adding an edit.........There was a hair on the bottle. I threw the damaged box and slick package away. As I rinsed off bottles to set on my tub. I FOUND A HAIR. Not my hair Really? I have used this product for years. It is not the product for which I have an issue, but the packaging. Keep in mind, this had to happen before external box was taped shut. The product leaked sufficiently to cause damage to cardboard box. The shipping bag was not sealed properly. The shampoo pump was not packed in closed position. The outside of bottles are all coated the shampoo leaked. The bottle being shipped in open position created loss of product by leaking, damage to box, slimy bottles.....Yadda Yadda Yadda. Life always goes back to Seinfeld. A gift card from this company would be nice to offset loss of product and time spent cleaning up mess.

I’ve been swimming my whole life. Pool water dries out my hair and turns it to straw. No off the shelf shampoo and conditioner can get it back to normal except this stuff. It gets all the pool chemicals out of your hair that’s causing it to feel like straw and makes it feel like normal hair again.These bottles are pricey but they are big. I swim almost every day and they last me an entire summer so it’s worth it.

I do not usually spend this kind of money on shampoo and conditioner but having a chlorine pool and swimming daily was taking its toll on my silver hair and my daughters blonde hair. Our hair dresser recommended this brand and we took the plunge- I am glad we did. Both mine and my daughters hair is so soft and healthy using this duo. We swim daily and use this immediately after and our hair is very thankful. We will keep buying this set and using for the health of our hair. I also recently bought the leave in conditioner to try because the brand has been so good.

My hair was ruined after swimming for months in chlorine. It felt like straw (stiffer than hay)...I'm older and can't afford to lose or damage any of my hair. There was a NOTICEABLE difference after one use!!! SUPER HAPPY about this product!
