I don't have room for a normal office swivel chair so I bought this back support - it certaily does the job. I am very pleased with my puschase.

the elastic that stretches over the chair is very poor quality and thin and won't keep the backrest in place on my chair. Have purchased this type of support many times but this particular one is rubbish. I am going to have to replace the elastic with something stronger. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed

I put mine in my car, which has a seat without any lumbar support. It really helped, it can be a bit bulky but love the seat back a few notches and it really fixes your posture. I put a car seat cover over the top and it looks goooooood. Highly Recommend

I wasnt sure whether I'd actually benefit from using this in the car, but as I noticed my posture was awful and I had permanent sharp backache for years, I was desperate and bought this on a whim. I've not had the sharp pains in well over a week as opposed to several times a day previously.
