This product is specific for thyroid dysfunction. The product was recommended by my functional medicine doctor because I did not want a pharmaceutical thyroid med. Testing for which thyroid dysfunction one has is necessary. Do not take if you do not have specific lab results. The product has worked for me and kept my thyroid at healthy T3 and T4 levels. Highly recommend.

I trust Thorne to make good products. It's always hard to know if your supplements are doing anything, but I believe these are a good complement to my regime. I take one every night before bed and they don't disrupt my sleep. That way when I take my thyroid early in the morning, these ingredients are in my system to assist in absorption of the thyroid meds. My labs have improved slightly, so something I'm doing is working. I'll keep taking these, but I just take one a day instead of the two. I just take too many pills to take two. Wish the complete dosage came in one capsule.

I don't leave reviews - but I don't know what's in this because it's pure magic. It gives me the right amount of energy and I feel so much better. As someone with an auto-immune disease who is on some heavy meds, this makes me feel a lot more "normal" and how I used to feel prior to my diagnosis. It also helps with appetite - I find myself less hungry. Overall, I'm rarely impressed with this product.

The recommended dosage is crazy. I started with 1 capsule a day at bedtime because these ingredients can def cause anxiety. I did the for a week and then added a second capsule in the morning. So 2 a day- morning and evening, def have improved symptoms. This product seems to be a natural solution to have sluggish T3- my only suggestion is too do your research and ease in, some of these ingredients can exacerbate thyroid issues if your not sure about what’s going on with your body.

I was losing my hair. Tried everything but the hairline kept receding and the hair continued to get thinner. After a few months, my hair is growing back. Hairline is coming back and hair is getting thicker again.
