These gummies have a good amount of Vitamin D. What I didn’t notice when I got these is they don’t contain K2 as well. I usually get the D/K combo so my vitamin d is as efficient as possible. Based solely on that, I probably wouldn’t get these again. But it’s not like they were misleading with what this product contains, it is on me for not paying close enough attention.These gummies were easy to chew and the taste wasn't bad. The bottle was sealed appropriately and has a child proof lid. The writing on the label is very hard to read. I like being able to read everything on the label, especially for anything I consume. The expiration date on my bottle was good for over a year.If you are looking for just a D3 product, this might be a choice for you.

So these are advertised as 10,000 IU D3 but that is only if you take two gummies. I and members of my family take 5,000 daily (at 3,000 my blood serum was barely in the bottom of the acceptable range) so it easy to just take one gummy and get the 5,000 while only getting 2g carbs (sugar) and only 10 calories. These are very tasty and use natural flavors and natural colors with no artificial preservatives too which also makes me very happy. Since our dose is 5,000 that makes this a 60 serving bottle for under fifteen bucks so it is good value too.
