This is a great startup filtration kit for a house. Price is very competitive and the product itself excels at what it does.I started off with the standard stage 3 whole house filter, it did an excellent job clearing up the city supply water we have. I finally changed to the anti scale system, while the standard system was doing an exceptional job at clearing our water we did not need that high of a filtration rate. The anti scale has eliminated the build up in bathrooms and inside out dishwasher. water feels softer and suds are easy to create. I bought extra sediment filters , from time to time the city line is flushed or worked on and we get a lot of crud coming up the line. the sediment filter does its job and blocks the sediment. time life of the filters are very good, i have got up to a year on average usage of water and no flushes or repairs by the city line. However them working on the line has made me change the sediment filter more often. hence the reason for extra sediment filters. This product is amazing and has done wonders with our city supplied water.

I ordered the three filter set: Whole House Anti Scale FIlter Set – 3 Stage Filtration Water Conditioner Replacement Kit: Sediment, Carbon Block, Poly phosphate (PHO) High Capacity Cartridge – 5 Micron – 4.5” x 20” inch. In general I like two out of three of the filters: the carbon filter and the sediment one. The PHO one seems to be causing problems with my single brew coffee make. Every time I use the tap water my coffee pod blows up and grounds every where. I am pretty confident that it is the phosphate filter. Does not happen with bottled water and just started happening with the tap water after installing the phosphate filter. I am removing the PHO filter and replacing with another type. Since I cannot find a number for express water, I messaged them on their site. That was four days ago, 24 July, with no response yet.I am happy to upgrade my initial three star review to a five star review.Express Water recently reached out to me and resolved my issue with the PHO filter. They replaced the filter without a question. They have a great customer service team and seem determined to ensure their customers are happy. I will purchase form Express Water again.

We love the filters from Express Water! We bought both the 3 stage whole house filtration system and the under cabinet 11 stage filtration system. They were super easy to install (it took my husband maybe 10 minutes) and lasted about 10 months. He noticed that the water pressure drop from one of the faucets and saw that it had been gradually dropping so it looks like when it drops between 10 and 20 PSI is when the filters should get replaced. Make sure to use a silicone lubricant for the o-rings, clean out the canisters and make sure the hole in the top of the filter lines up. We are definitely very happy!

I had to use common sense on how to install the three filters (in order). Simple directions would make this a score of 5. Water pressure seems slightly lower with this set over others, but this is minor. Water quality is fantastic for drinking. This set is new to me, so I can't give a full review, but the big blue 4.5 x 20 filters are a huge improvement to my city water. The other month my neighbor asked us about the water being rusty for the last week. We replied that we hadn't noticed, and that is due to this filter system. Now I go one step further, that most do not... I use an ultra violet light to complete the safe water experience. My filter life has been extended by routing my water supply to bypass this system for exterior water suplies.

We had hard water that left mineral deposits and sometimes had a chlorine smell. These filters cured it almost 100%.

This whole house filter system is the best part of our house remodel. Thanks to Express Water.

Seems to work, got this product to replace my original big blue filter filters from Ispring, even using it for a month, I can actually tell the difference, the other filters lasted a good year before replacing, time will tell how these perform. Will update as time progresses...
