One of the best purchases I have made in recent memory for the house, works brilliantly and is very convenient to use. The laser is also very helpful to see the dust. Can be a bit heavy for some people for extended use, but otherwise no complains at all.

I really liked this Dyson for about a year. Even with only light use, the motor began to malfunction after only about a year. It turns on and off so does not work properly. Battery is not the issue. Main body replacement was required. I don’t think I will purchase another Dyson as they are so expensive and unreliable. Very disappointed.

it was my first Dyson purchase , was hesitant cos of the price but do not regret it . strong suction power. cleans dust & my cat hair really well . you think you wont use the light but it really helps.

Is so easy to use and laser attachment is my favourite. It shows all the dust and grime that isn't visible to the normal eye. It is heavier than expected so takes some time to get used to. However, it is definitely worth the price!

Be careful - with laser beam you might become obsessed on finding the dust

Well what to say,it's a Dyson! You get what you pay!

The product stopped working properly nearly a year after purchase, it was used lightly. It takes around 10 starts to work. When the seller was informed they have requested videos and told us is nothing they can do as we need to purchase new battery. Battery is working perfectly they just didn’t want to exchange or fix it even though it was within the warranty year. Lesson learned, never buy these expensive products from re-sellers and only from the original producer. My sister had the same issue with the same model bought from Dyson directly and they have exchanged the parts immediately without any issue while this seller has refused.
