Nice mat - trimmed to fit the top of the induction stove which protects the glass and extends the countertop. When we need to use the stovetop, we just roll the mat up and store it at the back of the stove. Glad I bought it, very useful.

I’ve been in search of a wide & white silicone temperature protective mats & finally found this.I use a handful of hair tools & the heated tools damage my dresser counter top. This helps a lot in protecting all counters especially since mornings are a rush . It helps to also to protect counters from all body care /facial care products that damage the surface. Easy to wipe off with a damp paper towel .I cut it to confirm with the shape / design of my dresser counter top.Great product!

Honestly, it’s the perfect thickness and transparency for a white countertop.My only request would be that they sell smaller sizes because I don’t love to cut it! Otherwise 10 out of 10 would recommend and I’m going to buy more!

We have an older.....to put it romantically....."farmhouse". It's not romantic. It was for sure on a very large farm but it isn't close to what you envision! LOL! Anywho, everything is crooked, leaning, not square, has gaps, needs duct tape or more caulking!The kitchen was no exception. My incredible fiance remodeled one room every time I traveled to take care of my Mom who was sick at the time. The kitchen was a huge challenge because everything was pieced together and it was tough to make it close to even. The original counter was a big homemade job and it was sturdy so he used that as a base. Except that the top was just a generic wood and wasn't really conducive to a real kitchen counter. Laminating or something other would not have been cost effective and, again, everything isn't even or has dents and bumps. I looked and looked. I gave up and then started looking some more. I came across these and was completely skeptical, BUT the fact that it came in a roll, is a huge size, and I could cut it to fit was the kicker! NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! It is just a tad thinner than I would like but it's sufficient. It cleans easily and even though I haven't tested it to the point of putting a hot pan on it, I am comfortable that if the pot slide off the potholder and onto it that it would all be good! There was no lingering smell when it first arrived. It came well packaged. If you are looking to cover a counter, sideboard or something other (I used a cut strip of it on the back edge of the freestanding sideboard cabinet to put the container of dog treats, was warmer, etc.) this is the thing to buy!

This is the best of the silicone sheets. First vendor folded the sheet and creases had set into the sheet. I had ordered this one before but had not realized how different they can be.This is being used as a cover for a new induction cooktop to help lessen the impact of the black glass and kill the glare off the glass. These particular matts are matte on both sides with very slight dot pattern on one side to resist slipping and holding any moisture. This also maintains an even transient nature over the entire surface. With the previous sheet that was glossy when placed face down showed all the contact pressure points. Think Etch-A-Sketch!Love this one on both my home induction top and now this one.

Bought this to make a custom cover for our glass gas cooktop, which is a PITA to keep clean. Ordered a cheap drywall circle cutter to cut out for each burner. Works amazing--oil wipes right off silicone so it always looks clean, unlike the glass which requires dawn soap, rinse, repeat, then dry, then vinegar & rubbing to look clean. Now we keep this on it all the time and it looks really nice; people who see it all want one of their own. Pull it off, and the cooktop is clean underneath. Heat resistant to 400. Cut 1/4" wider than around the grates for each burner and you'll have no problems with it melting.

This is a great protector pad. It has no wrinkles in it. It looks nice.

I have 4 other silicone mats from another company that work great in all aspects to protect my white quartz countertops. I purchased this one because it was the largest one I could find so that I could place my Bunn coffee maker on it and cups without having a crack in between 2 mats where crumbs and sugar find it's way. I've been using it for 6 days and the crease down the middle where it was folded (not rolled for shipping) is still there eventhough I've had heavy glass jars on it for days. It is now stained by mustard and I can't get the stain out. The other mats I have do not stain at all and have had berries, glass marker, mustard and various other items come in contact without staining. Overall the only thing I like about this mat is the size. It doesn't wipe off as easily as the other mats and it's not as translucent, but it does stay in place well. Final Assessment: Positives: stays in place well and great size. Negatives: easily stains, hard to wipe off, fold still present down middle of mat after 6 days, ends lift up don't lie flat. It's usable, not likeable.
