Q: Can this product be used with a sleeper sofa? I'm trying to make our sleeper sofa as comfortable as possible.

Are you going to store this until you open the sofa, or are going to slip it under the cushions length wise until you open the sofa and use it as a bed. when opened, the sections move as you move in the bed sometimes against each other. The board makes the bed quite rigid and firm, but still sags a bit if you continuously sleep in the same place.Hope this helps.

Q: Can I use this just under a mattress without a boxspring?

Yes, you do not need a box for the bed board. You do need more than a couple of slats under your mattress. I used this on a loft bed with a series of round bars serving as cross members that also supported the mattress itself. If you have a slat roughly every 12 inches you should be fine without the box spring.

Q: Will this work with a narrow twin zinus mattress?my mattress is 30" wide x 75" long. so i take it this board would be placed in middle?

Yes it will work for the mattress. You will need to measure your bed frame. It should fit. I have a twin XL platform frame. Product Dimensions: 80" L x 39" W x 14" H and the board fits in the middle of the frame.

Q: Is one folding bed board enough support for a queen or do I need two?

It’s the right size for a twin or twin XL . For a Queen size you need 2.
