Despite manufacturers claims it has a maximum distance of 32 ft outside. Whether or not you can actually measure anything outside is doubtful

Yes, does metric An excellent product

Q: With the rounding button will it give you the next size to the 1/16th instead of a 1/32? My trade doesn’t use 1/32s

That’s why I bought this, because I wanted to round to 1/8” or 1/4”. But honestly haven’t even had to use the rounding button because you can set the accuracy of the measurement to 1/8” so rounding hasn’t been necessary.
