I bought my pellet stove used and of course seller said it works perfectly,although it worked ,igniter didn't was first ,thing then it only worked at low feed nothing would make it feed more pellets ,so reluctantly bought a new circuit board and now it's like a new stove ,well worth the 400 for stove and 400 for panel board .I highly recommend this board,and seller was awesome ,Ps board face is not same color. but has same functions.

Well it not pleased with $400 for 40 days...Tried to contact seller and this message system don't work very well for this issue....

Item arrived in time and was just as described.

Didn't fix the problem. But the bigger problem is that the U.S.Stove model 5040 is poorly designed and poorly built. It didn't work right from the start and was completely unready for use. I recommend not throwing any more good money after bad. I certainly wish I had never bought this. Now I have to add $430 to the $2400 I wasted buying and installing this clunker.

I purchased this item to replace an old control board that is functional except for the automatic ignition circuit. The new unit arrived during hot weather. I tested it briefly anyway. At first it returned a #2 circuit error, but I checked and jiggled all the wiring connections, and the second time it worked. (This is the point where I should probably have continued to test despite the fact that we would have been roasting to death. But, in my defense… it was working, and there are other issues besides the control board that can cause a #2 error.)Fast forward to cold weather, which (gasp!) also happened to be one week past the end of the stingy 30-day warranty period. The stove has been professionally cleaned and is ready to go, hooked up to our thermostat, which we couldn't use with the old control board because of the broken auto-ignition.Such luxury!... for four hours, at least. After which, the thermostat turned the stove off, and when the temperature dropped enough for it to restart—boom. A #2 circuit board error. The combustion blower was not receiving full current, and kept cutting out. After a few more attempts, it wouldn't come on at all. Okay, I told myself. It's an old stove. It's not out of the realm of possibility that either the MOLEX connector and wiring or the blower itself had gone bad. By that point, it was getting seriously cold in the house. As a last-ditch Hail Mary, I replaced the new control board with the old one and lit the fire manually.Gasp! It's a miracle! Suddenly the combustion blower works Just. Freaking. Fine.The problem is clearly not with the wiring harness or combustion blower, or with blocked air lines, or anything else. The problem is a defective $450 control board. And… fine. This stuff happens. That, of course, was the point where I discovered that there is now no option for refund or replacement. I call the vendor's customer support number. No one answers. I leave messages. No one calls back.After wrestling the sick feeling in my gut under control, I ended up scouring the internet and eventually finding a service in California that rebuilds damaged Breckwell control boards for $175 plus shipping. So that's where the thing is right now, and for a few hundred dollars more than what I've already spent on this mess, I could've just bought a new pellet stove. Am I livid? You bet I am.Does this mean you shouldn't buy this part from this vendor? Eh, not necessarily. I'm guessing the rate of defective units is generally quite low, and I'm a Special Lucky Snowflake to have ended up with a lemon. But if you DO buy expensive parts from this vendor, you'd better test the ever-loving heck out of them early on in the 30-day return period, whether it's 95 degrees outside or not.
