I LOVE this stuff! Alleviates all the muscular pains, regardless of what kind. Period cramps, charlie horses, rigid muscle, strain, soreness, tenderness, it helps it all! Muscular pain of any sort? GET IT I promise you won’t regret it!!

It works!
A great project for stains, sprains and muscle aches. I also sometimes use to ease menstrual cramps. Very powerful. The smell is quite strong—not unpleasant but very distinct. Everyone in the room can smell. Also it did slightly stain my white sheets.

Get this thing for pain
Ohhhhh my gawd!!! Where has this stuff been all my life!!! I bought some and used a very small amount on the lower back and the heat along with the cold made it feel amazing. My pain was mostly gone after this stuff wore off. Get it!!!

A small amount so use sparingly
I found out that I like the patches better than this little jar. It’s not that much in there so use it sparingly. I used my finger to get out the balm and I think a Q-tip might work better. It does help ease pain in some sore spots.

I have been using this tiger balm for a while, so I decide to order some more for my shoulder and lower back pain and it helps

Tiger Balm is great! A little bit goes a long way, so the small container will last you some time. Balm works great on sore/aching muscles

Reducing pain
This stull is amazing for reducing pain. It does NOT eliminate pain. But reduces it to manageable level!
