Q: Is this suitable for cleaning off pavers?

The "bristles" are VERY stiff. It could clean pavers but it may damage them too.

Q: Would this get the moss off my house roof

Im sure it would but also your shingles too or scratch up a steel roof badly. I would use a stiff plastic bristled brush instead

Q: Can it be used on carpet?

No, I wouldn't. The teeth are very hard and stiff, you can cut yourself on the teeth. I used mine to scrub goose poop off a sidewalk. You would ruin carpet or rug fibers.

I received this product later than the expected delivery date despite paying extra for delivery charge. Fortunately the Seller was on top of it and immediately called me to apologize for the delay, i have now received this item and it is perfect for our homemade outdoor brick pizza oven. It is very sturdy and enables us to clean the pizza oven bottom so that the pizza can be cooked quickly from the heat of the bottom and surrounding brick dome. Highly recommend this heavy duty brush/scraper.

Great Cleaning Brush for LOTS of Things

Bought one of these to clean my chicken coop and it worked so well I bought another one for cleaning my horse trough. The long handle lets me reach easily to clean nooks and crannies for both the coop and trough. I scrub thoroughly, then rinse it off and spray some WD-40 on it. The other one has lasted a couple of years this way and works great. The scraper on the back is REALLY good at scraping the chicken crud off the floor under the roost poles and on their ramp. This should be marketed as a chicken pooper scooper!
