Well done ! But price is to high

this watch roll has a vintage aesthetic (eg, for me, i can imagine its prototype made from an army surplus duffel); this style appeals to me, but if it does not to you then perhaps look elsewhere. The build quality is exceptional; the seams are almost perfect and interior of the pockets for the five individual (as well as the inside cover) are lined with soft microfiber--exactly what you want next to your expensive watches. The value is exceptional: granted there's not a lot to a watch roll, but $40 for a very useful, exceptionally well-made container for carrying small expensive pieces for travel is a bargain. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality watch roll

This product is excellent and works well for most watches however you may find that the upper limit for the pockets is more like 40mm x 11mm practically. You can work around this by placing the dial at the top of the fold but then the watches may rub up against each other when wrapped. The pockets are not very flexible; if you are larger watches, look elsewhere

After buying a couple of cheaper rolls and being disappointed with the design or quality, I decided to give Barton a try. I have big watches, so pocket size was important. When it arrived, I was amazed at the quality. The waxed canvas has a beautiful weathered look and the lining is butter soft. Unlike some others, this roll has enough height, to cover the watches when folded. It folded, rolled and tied flawlessly. This roll has five pockets. The first pocket is a smaller 55mm (2.1 inches) wide (seam to seam), the last four are 59mm (2.3 inches) wide. When trying some oversized 46mm watches, the pocket fit was snug, but did work. Now, in fairness, these watches (Glycine Airman 46mm) have two big crowns and a thick strap, so MOST all 46mm should fit just fine, but some may not. I contacted Barton with some questions and suggestions and this was when I was REALLY impressed ! Barton got back with me immediately with assistance. They assured me they would do everything it took, to make me happy with the product. They followed up with me more times than I can count and even sent a second roll to compare. In short, Barton’s amazing staff bent over backwards to make me happy. Occasionally, we find a company that’s committed to quality and service, but seldom like Barton. These people are serious about their reputation and customer satisfaction. So let me conclude by saying, if you want a watch roll for your Timex, that’s on its 10th battery and to store your beloved Bic pens from high school in, get the cheaper rolls for sale. But, if you want a quality, no nonsense roll, that actually works for “most” 46mm and smaller watches, and from a company that cares about customer input, get this one !———————-Pros - Great build quality, Nice canvas, Soft lining, Nice leather, Incredible service staffCons - Slightly larger pockets would accommodate larger pilot and dive watches, as well as thick-case Soviet watches (47mm) One pocket is smaller (55mm / 2 3/16 inches) wide, the others are 59mm (2 3/8 inches) wide (seam to seam)*(Note) I gave the roll itself “4 stars” because one pocket is smaller than the others and all could be bigger (64-70mm), for ease of use and more watch models.
