I have been sleeping on this pillow for just 4 days and it is WILD how much less neck and shoulder pain I had after just one night!I get a lot of migraines induced by tight shoulders and my neck being cranked the wrong way from my pillows, so I knew I needed to get something different.Had I known that this would be so amazing sooner, I would have pulled the trigger on one a long time ago!I bought the king size one cause some people said they thought the regular size was a little too low. I have no complains about this pillow.No smell, comfy but supportive.I have given up my 4 pillow life for this one!I literally look forward to laying in bed just so I can lay on my pillow! Great product!! 5 stars.

I love this pillow! I have had several issues with my neck and shoulder over the last couple of months. A friend asked me to try this pillow. I wake up with less pain and stiffness, plus I sleep longer through the night. I recommend giving this pillow a try.

Okay, I am serious when I say, I had been working on designing a pillow similar to this... I guess now I no longer need to, which is fine by me....I have had chronic migraines for years, along with severe neck pain. I also had a craniotomy for a brain aneurysm in 2011, so many pillows hurt the left side of my head to where it feels "bruised" when I would wake.. I have tried so many different pillows without much relief. Of course I had to try this one too. It took some working out how best to adjust it for me as it is very low sitting. I myself cannot use it alone as it causes my sinus pressure to increase. So after a couple of nights, I finally figured out which small, thin pillow to place under it. I am telling you, it is worth it!!! There will be some soreness at first, which is completely normal, as your neck adjusts to being supported correctly and I'm guessing aligning as you sleep. I used it the entire night right from the start. The first few nights, I did wake several times to make sure I was laying on it properly. But I do have trouble sleeping anyway so not sure if anyone else will do the same. I cannot say my neck pain is gone completely, it comes and goes, and honestly, I don't think that is the pillows fault, because Iknow that I end up laying all wonky sometimes. But when it is present, it has HIGHLY DECREASED!!! I could tell a huge difference by the end of the first week, and it got even better the second week. It has also eliminated the bruised feeling from the side of my head that other pillows caused when I've slept on that side (normal soreness from scar tissue is not the pillows fault). I've been using it for several weeks now and am still so pleasantly surprised at how much I am digging it. I am very thankful to the makers/designers of this pillow which only another person with this sort of pain can understand! Go ahead and give them your money. I seriously doubt that you will regret it.P.s. I am a side and back sleeper.

As someone who sleeps on their side or front I've always struggled to find a comfortable position and find myself moving around a lot and re-arranging pillows throughout the night. It's early days with the cervical pillow but so far it has been extremely comfortable and negates the need for the nighttime pillow shuffle. It's also very cool, which is another benefit to a great night's sleep.

This pillow is not designed for all sleeping positions. I don’t think any of these cervical pillows are. I’m a side sleeper and it is not high enough for my shoulder not to smash into the bed. This causes me neck and back pain. I have a folded towel in my pillow case to give it some height.I do like how it supports my neck. I used to scrunch up my old pillow to get neck support.This pillow is great if you sleep on your back. It seems like that was what it was designed for. Your head fits into the cut outs. The part that sticks out in the middle aligns your spine. (That middle part will annoy your shoulder if you’re a side sleeper) I can’t imagine anyone using this if they are a stomach sleeper. You won’t be able to breathe and your neck is turned too much.I also have issues with this pillow hurting my ear piercings. Because it’s shaped to your head and a firm memory foam, there’s no give. I have one piercing that got really irritated.Currently looking for a new pillow that’s better for side sleepers.

I have purchased three of these pillows: one for me, one for my husband (because he was trying to steal mine), and one for my parents' house so I can use it when I visit them. I have severe neck pain from cervical dystonia, which results in a head tremor at times. I've tried dozens of pillows, including several pricey Tempur-Pedic pillows, and this is as close to perfect as I have found. When I'm on my back, my head perfectly fits in the concave portion, and the "wings" of the pillow hold my neck steady. And I love how when I inevitably roll to my side that there is a place on the side of the "wing" where my arm fits, which helps ease shoulder pain. The pillow also has a hole in the center, which keeps the air flow going to help it breathe (hopefully that means it's staying fresher) and to keep me cool.

I have pretty intense sensory issues that make it hard to sleep and this pillow helps them a LOT. Not sure exactly what it is, but I think both the shape and sturdiness are helping. It also stays pretty cold. I also really like that I can put my hands under the sides if I sleep on my side. I read some article a while ago re back sleeping/ how it's much better for you and wanted to try to actually do it... this pillow has been the only way I can!! It's gotten to the point where I take it with me to Airbnbs and got another one for my boyfriend's house... I know a product is good when I buy two, and I've bought three of this pillow. REALLY awesome.

I loved mine so much i gifted one to my husband.His snoring used to keep me awake. So far his snoring has been GREATLY reduced. Give this pillow a period to get used to it. You will be so pleased with the comfort.

Últimamente he probado bastantes almohadas (látex, viscoelástica, viscoelástica con gel, viscoelástica ergonómica, etc) porque me levanto con dolor de cuello y espalda, y ésta ha sido la última opción.A pesar del aspecto, que echa un poco para atrás, he decir que es muy cómoda para dormir y desde el primer día me levanté con menos dolor de cuello, hasta el punto que se me quitó a los 3-4 días de usarla (y eso a pesar que en las instrucciones dicen que puede costar 2-3 semanas acostumbrarse a este tipo de almohada, generando incluso molestias).A mí me sirve para dormir boca arriba y de ambos lados, pudiendo usar únicamente la zona central más hundida limitada por los laterales, que sobresalen y te impiden los movimientos. Ya veremos lo que dura al usar solamente esa zona, supongo que se acabara aplastando más.En resumen, si estás cansado de probar otras almohadas y no has dado con una cómoda, yo le daría una oportunidad a ésta, que además no es demasiado cara (en mi caso y al quitarme el dolor de cuello, incluso barata)
