This has changed my life. I am a mother to 3 kids. One is constantly on the go. The past couple of months in school i was being told almost everyday how much he was misbehaving. Like others have already said, the smell is a bit off-putting. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter to help with winding her down for bed in the evening. For us, this didn’t work. I had high hopes, but we’ve had better luck with using magnesium gummies.

My 2 year old daughter is really active and is hard for her to fall asleep. It took me over 30 min to put her to sleep, and she wake up 3 times at night. With this product is much easier for her to fall at sleep it take no more than 5 min to fall asleep. The first 4 days using this she slept deep and woke up 1 time at night. After the 5 night she slept through the night and she looks much rested in the morining. I really recommende this product, happy and well rested mom and kid.

It works but it has a very strong smell, not the greatest smell but it does work
